I remember how much trouble they went to to make everything seem American, and how surprised everyone was to learn that it was all made in Blighty. For those with a very strong stomach, there is a great spoof film of The Muppets by Peter Jackson (director of Brain Dead, Bad Taste, and the excellent Heavenly Creatures), called Meet the Feebles. It's foul, but it's good. Every car in it is a Morris Minor, including the black stretch-limo driven by the baddie.
